(4) boom operation. When the boom is extended or retracted from the folded position, the boom must be carried out in the specified order. Swivel operation of the boom must be carried out after the boom has completely left the boom support. In the state of the storm or when the wind reaches 8 or above 8 (wind speed 16 ~ 17m / s), do not use the boom. The boom must not be used for lifting work.
(5) pumping work. When starting or stopping the pump, contact the operator at the end hose; bend the end hose not less than 1 m in bending radius and not allow it to bend; before disassembling to block the pipe, reverse the pump 2 to 3 Times, be sure to confirm there is no pressure in the pipeline before disassembly.
(6) After the operation of the inspection. The boom should be fully retracted on the boom support; the legs should also be fully retracted and inserted into the locking pin. The console's power switch should be in the "off" position.
(7) The accumulator can only be flushed into nitrogen, can not flushed oxygen, hydrogen and other flammable and explosive gases.
(8) emergency off button. Concrete pump truck has a series of emergency shutdown button, respectively, set in the leg control valve, wired and wireless remote control system and control box, in case of emergency, just press one of the emergency shut down or you can shut down the machine . If the emergency shutdown button fails, the machine can not be shut down quickly in the event of a dangerous situation. Therefore, before each start of work, you must check the function of the emergency button. When the emergency off button is pressed, the machine's electric system is shut off, causing the solenoid valve, etc. to close. If the hydraulic system leaks, such as cloth rod sink will cause the phenomenon of failure, this situation can not be used to press the emergency shutdown button to solve.

(4) When the machine is placed horizontally, the maximum allowable tilt angle is 3o. A larger horizontal tilt angle will overload the steering gear of the fabric and endanger the stability of the machine. If one or more of the outriggers or outriggers have been removed while the fabric rod is moving, the outriggers must be reset until all the outriggers are always supported reliably on the ground.
(5) In order to ensure that the cloth rod pumping work is in the best condition, the following should be done: ① Lift the 1-section arm 45 o. ② The cloth rod rotation 180o. ③ extend the 2 arm 90o. ④ stretching 3,4,5 arm and horizontal position. If the last section of the cloth rod can be in a horizontal position, the pump is the best. If this section of bar is horizontal, the flow of concrete slows, reducing the wear on the delivery pipe and the end hose. Only concrete in the end hose will flow out when pumping stops . If the last rod is tilted downwards, the concrete in this part of the pipe will accelerate under its own weight so that the concrete in the pipe will continue to flow out when the pumping stops.
(6) When the pump is stopped for 5 minutes or more, the concrete in the end hose must be drained. Otherwise, the concrete in the end hose will be drained violently when it is pumped again due to the dewatering of the concrete in the end hoses, so that the end hose is easily damaged.
(7) In order to change the position of the boom or concrete pump truck and need to fold, stretch or retract the cloth rod, it is necessary to reverse the pump one or two times before the action, so that the concrete can be placed in the pipeline when the action falls or spray splash.
