Desulfurization circulation pump cavitation

Due to the characteristics of the WFGD project, it is decided to transport the slurry at a higher temperature, with bubbles and with a large amount of solid particles. Therefore, due to the evaporation of the slurry and the concurrent collapse of the bubble, it causes special vibrations and pressure fluctuations of gas condensation and evacuation, which will affect the safe operation of the pump. Need to take care of the following two aspects:
1. Gaseous clogging of the runner will cause a decrease in pump flow, lift and efficiency.
2. Bubble material rupture in the material caused by the loss (cavitation), to choose a strong anti-cavitation materials.

Cavitation can cause the following problems 1. Reduce bearing life.
2. Cause damage to the impeller inlet area.
3. Damaged pump shaft.
4. Mechanical seal contact surface damage, causing leakage.
5. The noise rises, it seems, is conveying round hard particles.
